There is such promise in those first shoots that arise in the spring. I enjoy going around, looking at the individual way each perennial unfurls.

Your photos of the new growths on these hostas are really great! Such pretty colored foliage. The one and only variety I have is Patriot which originally came with the house...I would love to start collecting more. Thanks for sharing.<br />Lynn
